Terms & Conditions
Please make sure that you read the terms and conditions set out below before proceeding. You will be asked to accept these conditions and that you have read and understood them before you can proceed with your booking.
1. Room Prices
All room prices are per room, per night, and are inclusive of VAT at 15%. Any other meals taken are not included in the room price and must be paid for separately.
2. Nonsmoking Rooms
All our rooms are nonsmoking.
NB: Anyone smoking in the room will be charged a full nights rate to allow the room 24-hour cleansing for other guests comfort.
3. Reservations
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit/debit card. A non-refundable deposit will be taken to secure the room. We will not be able to make a reservation for you without a credit/debit card. Payment will be due on the morning of your arrival.
4. Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is from 2pm, Check –out time 11am. Please notify us of check in after 6pm.
5. Cancellations 7 days of your agreed arrival date. If you don't cancel in time or fail to show up your card will be charged if the accommodation cannot be re-let. You may wish to take out travel insurance to cover this eventuality. All cancelations must be confirmed by fax or in writing.
6. Group Reservations
All group reservations must be secured with a credit/debit card.
