You will be asked to accept these conditions and that you have read and understood them before you can proceed with your booking.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit/debit card. A non-refundable deposit for the full first night stay will be taken to secure the room. We will not be able to make a reservation for you without a credit/debit card. The property has the right to reserve a pre authorisation of your credit card at the time of the booking.

Check-in time is from 3 to 11pm, Check–out time 7 to 11 am. Please notify us of check in after 6pm. All check-ins at the lounge bar.

All cancellations must be 14 days prior to your agreed arrival date.

The Waterhouse Inn operate a strict no smoking policy. If a guest smokes in their room a charge of £100 will be made to their credit/debit card in order to fumigate the room(s), at the discretion of the hotel management.

100% of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non refundable.

 Outstanding amount will be taken 14 days prior to arrival.

Any damages caused to the property, contents or grounds by you or any of your guests, you will be responsible for recouping costs for repairs. By providing your debit/credit card details we reserve the right to charge for all costs relating to any damages you are deemed responsible for.

Behaviour of guests and their visitors should not be excessive or rowdy, and must not cause embarrassment to fellow guests. We reserve the right to recover any compensation payment as a result of your actions, or a member of your party or visiting friends. This includes damage to hotel buildings, fixtures and fittings.

Please inform us before arrival if you are travelling in a group of six of more. We reserve the right to refuse unauthorized groups. Large groups may be required to provide an additional deposit at check-in, returnable on departure if unaffected. Should there be any inappropriate behaviour by the group after check-in we reserve the right to discontinue the reservation without refund.

The establishment reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if the management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink, drugs; is unsuitably dressed or is behaving in a threatening , abusive or otherwise acceptable manner. The establishment reserves the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance, annoying other guests or hotel staff or is behaving in an unacceptable manner. No refund will be given to any guest that is asked to leave in any of the aforementioned reasons.

No pets allowed.

Extra beds are not available. The max number of children’s cots / cribs in a room is one.
